Home-based dog care and training
Beyond obedience.
Toward understanding.
Our philosophy
Lounge & Lead was built on a simple belief: that the relationship between a dog and their guardian is one of communication, not command. In my home — where Lucky and I live, play, and learn together every day — I welcome one family at a time into a space designed for exactly that.
No kennels. No chaos. No pack of strangers. Just your dog, my home, and the kind of unhurried attention that real understanding requires. Every dog deserves to be known.
Every guardian deserves to know how.
Intentional, personal, and rooted in genuine connection —
this is dog care and training the way it was always meant to be.

Client testimonials
“My Golden recently stayed at Lounge & Lead and I could not have been happier with her visit. Liia was absolutely dedicated to comfortability, health and safety. A picky eater - she was given extra attention, care and options at mealtimes. I was kept informed throughout her stay with updates. I very much appreciated receiving the cutest pictures of my girl enjoying their beautiful property and playing with their resident pup, Lucky.
I highly recommend Lounge & Lead to anyone who is looking for dog care and training with a professional who truly loves and cares about dogs!”
“Amazing Trainer! She is very knowledgeable in how dogs communicate and how we need to communicate with them. She understands every dog is different and adapts wonderfully. Highly Recommend!!”
“Fantastic trainer. Results are WAY above my expectations. I will continue working with her for a while!”
“Liia is a great dog trainer who focuses on your dog’s needs rather than pressuring you to buy training packages you don’t need.
Our 3-year-old Shih Tzu, Jagger, was extremely fearful of whistles. Whenever he heard whistles on TV—such as during football or basketball games—he would run to another room, want to be held, and often shake or pant.
Liia helped us understand the cause of his fear and provided practical, effective training techniques to address it. She demonstrated the process during our session and gave us clear written instructions so we could continue the training at home.
After just one week of using Liia’s methods, we’ve already seen a noticeable improvement. Jagger now hears whistles without running away or seeking to be held. We’re very pleased with his progress and grateful for Liia’s guidance.”
“Liia and Lucky are the best! Liia took great care and loved my dog just as much as she was with her own. Lucky is a great doggie friend as well. Would highly recommend their home for your fur baby to spend time there.”
